9.95/year & 15/year are old offers! There were different plans, on different hardware.
This is our current offer. We changed our servers, our plans, our infrastructure, and our management. It's a different strategy. We have greater costs now, our data centers have increased the prices a lot. There are locations where the prices are almost double because of the electricity.
About the CPU, I can guarantee you that this is Intel Gold 5218!
