  Same here, tried accessing it on my phone and no DNS record.

  Yes, both of theirs NS answer with SERVFAIL.

  My storage VM with them is fine.
  Problem as already mentioned is the nameservers
  Name Server: NS1.SMARTHOST.NET
  Name Server: NS2.SMARTHOST.NET
  that resolve smarthost.net

  And it is back.... (24 minutes since last post)
  smarthost.net. 21600 IN NS ns1.smarthost.net.
  smarthost.net. 21600 IN NS ns2.smarthost.net.

  Weird DNS issue with some CPanel automated change to the NS entry.
  We're investigating but it only affected our own smarthost.net domain name, not network-related at any location, nor affecting any client servers.
