Yes but you are limited. It's what they call "Externe Domains" in the product description. With the bigger plan of this sale (Webhosting BunnyEars iv) the limit is 12 external domains.

No it's always yearly. Offers change every 10 minutes, and when it's a VPS/RS it can get out of stock before that, so unless you're quick you miss it. If you want one you'll have to check the tracker often unless there is something that fit your needs.

It seems like you can add as much domains as you want, but have to pay a 5 EUR one time fee for each domain not included in your plan (i.e. if you have a plan with 12 external domains but want to add 15 domains, you'll have to pay a 15 EUR one time fee).
They currently have RS 4000 G9.5 NUE OST23 - 32,75€ 10% Rabatt - not a crazy deal but could be useful for somebody specifically looking for a RS 4000 G9.5
VPS 1000 G10 SE NUE OST23 9,53€ 8 vCPU + 240 GB SSD currently available. Not more performant than the RS1000 even though there is 2x more cores but can be interesting to some fellow LET members.
