High Storage - EU VPS
I'm looking for a VPS/Dedicated in the EU with cheap pricing primarily to download files.
CPU doesn't matter
RAM doesn't matter
Disk: 4tb+
Unmetered Transfer 100mbps or 1gbps
I've looked at OVH, if I can't find anything comparative on price I will probably go OVH but willing to consider offers.

VPS uplink is 10 GBPS, internet line is 200 Mbps+, unmetered.
Have you considered a cheap VPS with external storage attached?
I had great succes with Hetzner using a Storage box mounted using CIFS. You can get a good 10Gpbs VPS and 5TB of storage that way for just around 15 euros a month. I could push anything from 50MB/s to 175MB/s directly from a download client onto the storage box.
