Hitting the Cart button on the first order, even after you have an account, does not let you put in the code.

Once I hit the order on the first one, then I was able to see the cart and add the promo. I had to order a second one, but then it looks like it duplicated, and now there are multiples pending, with Fraud on the services. I opened a ticket. The system seems broken
