Just a side note here fellas, Usually, us, the providers, we could not care less what you guy's do in your systems, i highly doubt that anyone is sitting in front of a monitor or two, and looking what they're clients are doing on the net, that is just stupid. Usually the ISP gets notified, and then notifies us that there is a problem.

Depending the abuse you do, there can be up to 6 moths of delay. If you start to generate more then 5.000+ PPS at 64-512 byte packets, that is usually a red flag, or if you open more than 30 new connections to the same ip per second, other than that, you will pass unnoticed, from traffic point of view. for content that you do, well, that is entirely up to you.

@treesmokah said: How are DMCA requests handled?

DMCA, as stated by others here, has nothing to do with EU politics, mainly, it is intended for US, and US Hosting Providers have to obey it, so for this I will say DMCA is ignored by us for the hosting services provided in RO/BG.

Now, if we do get a notification, we will deal with it at that time.

I will answer TOS as soon as I get back home, for the next 2 weeks I am on a hunting trip, hunting for new Datacenters to expand our operations.

From 01/04/2023 all of our unmetered services will have a 1 GBPS line, so you can be happier, :)

@concept said: I would like to say the way your VPS Plans are set up is definitely interesting...

We are opened to any requests/ideas, if you have any, please send me a PM or write them here.

  • Other configurations are quite good, but the network is particularly poor. Even less than 1g of bandwidth

    Good to hear,
It would be nice to have the guaranteed bandwidth listed in the description
Is there any fair use bandwidth policies?

I was thinking there would be more standardized plans like
2c/4gb ram and 4c/8gb ram etc.

As such? can you pleas detail this?

  • @host_c said:

A lot of hosts like to say it's unmetered bw but listed in their TOS/AUP state there is a fair use policy meaning you can only use X number of TB before they suspend or throttle your VPS connection to X mbps.

  • host_chost_c Member, Patron Provider

Nop. we do not throttle or suspend anything.

    Thanked by 1concept

we do suspend the service if you do not pay in time, :) :D B)

The test of the aditional drive is not bad. But the internet speed is not up to 500Mbps, so can I apply for a refund

Please open a ticket, and the team will get back to you.

Do note that the service is not with guaranteed minimum speed.

you do have 395 Mbps at 95%. constant minimum of 30 MB/SEC, and 70% cpu usage constantly.

  • host_chost_c Member, Patron Provider

    Your order has been refund-ded.

Noted, also, in the coming weeks, we will have a dedicated VPN server service based on pFsense, and a dedicated Storage Server based on TrueNAS. Windows 10/11/SRV2019 and SRV2022 are also coming to the portfolio.
