OpenSSH, command line, currently in whatever terminal cygwin uses by default these days. Key reason: it matches what I do elsewhere, including on Android via Termux, so key management and so forth is all the same everywhere.
If I run a separate client then PuTTY, but I've not done that in quite some time.
I access a number of headless hosts where installing even a minimal desktop environment and a GUI remote desktop service would be a bit wasteful or resources, and unnecessarily widen my security issue surface area. I occasionally use the middle ground of running an X server locally, but that still involves SSH (to tunnel X safely) and installing a pile of extra libraries as dependencies for the GUI tools.
PuTTY, but it is extremely rare that I use Windows for an SSH client. I know that better solutions exist, but PuTTY is familiar and easy for me.
99% of the time, I open a terminal window and type the ssh command. Mostly from a Mac, but occasionally Linux.

Termius.
Syncing hosts between computers/mobile is just one of those features I could not live without anymore. Especially when it comes to managing my SSH keys... (im forgetful...)
Windows Terminal's built in ssh client. As a daily macOS user, I can say It's quite decent actually.
I had used MobaXterm earlier.
