Yes, I did edit post because by mistake I added certera pricing in Comodo Positive SSL. Though $4.99 is still the cheapest one

Huh? So "Buy certs from us! (But we ourselves do not)" looks OK for you?
Let's turn this around and state: If a free let's encrypt cert is good enough for a cert seller, it should be damn good enough for end-users too (-> less or no business for said cert seller).
To avoid misunderstandings, I'm in no way against @cheapsslweb and neither against paid certs; in fact I occasionally buy a cert myself but I'm for truth, too, so I pointed out that those certs actually are just "wrapped" free let's encrypt certs.
