Kind of. At least last year around this time there were regular offers. I guess everyone got used to it.

Are you going to do something about those massively overloaded old Opteron servers? The previous migration seemed to squeeze too many users in an old server and now it struggles to perform even the most basic tasks.
New capacity is coming online in nearby weeks which might be sufficient to handle the last of opterons to be migrated to the new platform.
