Please help
I bought CyberPanel add ons package but its not working. I contacted support, but they deleted my account.
I commented on cyberpanel facebook group but no reply.
addons price $59 per year

    I was using it a couple weeks ago as a matter of fact and asked the dev a question about one of the basic functions of adding domains to the panel.

    I received a whole diatribe about his life experience and how he was better and that his way was the only right way. How everything about the panel was far superior to the paid options even.

    So me being the inquisitive Yeti that I am decided to look over old forum posts and find out most of the dev's post seem to come from the avenue I am better then you.

    Turned me right off and I won't touch it again.

    Actually I wanted to see the full URL. But I just noticed that you are on wrong url.

    Our platform is located at: https://platform.cyberpersons.com/

    Also regarding our temporary domain feature. What happens is someone use our temporary domain on their CyberPanel server and deploy a malware site and then Google blocks that temp domain, eventually domain registrar put the domain in lock status.

    We are trying to look into possible solution to this, as we've no control of user servers as they are installed independently on their nodes. So we don't know what kind of sites they deploy.

    But the problem on our end is that our registrar put the domain in lock status as soon as google signals the domain as spam (I am only talking about cyberpanel.website), which is being used in temp domain feature.

    Any suggestions are also welcome.

    Lol registrar locks the domain when it's in Google spam, You mean the web risk API? If yes your registrar is shit and i advice you to move away from that. Also temp domains sounds like shit to me especially when you can get a gTLD for as little as $2. And don't forget there's still afraid.org.

    I bought the addons package because you offered a test domain. can save time before purchasing domains for my clients. from the first pay I never get this service.

    i sent a support ticket, they replied it was maintenance. I waited, until I could not apply for a refund. because more than 7 days.

    so funny i paid for a service that never existed.

    actually it's not difficult if your team does a refund. they reasoned because it was more than 7 days so they couldn't make a refund. 7 days I waited for the maintenance for the test domain. and refund can't because it's more than 7 days.

    Not necessarily, it happens most of the time doesn't mean the account will be troubled for a chargeback or two.

    I suggest you find a better registrar.

  • I agree with you all, we also thought about this. We can easily change domain registrar. However once someone deploy a malicious site, Google will still signal the domain as spam.

    And when client deploy a site using temp domain, it will be basically of no use as they will see a google warning.

    But in terms of feature, it is a good one, because it helps people deploy staging sites without actually adding A records and managing DNS.
