I do want to comment that server loads can and will always fluctuate in any shared hosting environment, generally we do not see load get that high unless backups are being generated, in which case it's temporary and will reduce. By default for our shared and reseller hosting platform, we automatically take daily offsite backups and you should be able to view them from within the JetBackup V5 interface in cPanel. If you are a reseller this applies to all your sub-accounts too. We take 30 day backup retentions, and these are backed up offsite to Wasabi Hot Cloud Storage for extra peace of mind and redundancy.
