Hi Dustin,
We have a couple of WHM Reseller account and generally very happy. I understand the servers are 8CPU and one of the accounts shows the load is consistently above 10. This causes cPanel backups to fail with a timeout error due to insufficient resources.
Is this something that can be improved?
