Hi @jmaxwell -- We do allow the usage of legal (non copyright infringing) torrenting
Hi @tinyinstaller, thank you for commenting. What @rattlecattle pointed out is correct, this violates SPLA, therefore this is not something we can allow.
We legally license Windows, and providers who do the same cannot allow client owned licensing on infrastructure provided by RackNerd, or in general by said provider. This is common within the industry, and you’ll find this to be true with those who obtain licensing legally.
Hi @oldmusic -- We sincerely appreciate the continued business, thank you
We've gone ahead and doubled your bandwidth.

Hi @TrK -- without looking at his account specifically as I don't have his client info handy, I can comment generically and want to point out that servers don't just go "poof" here -- if a server is suspended, it's essentially "paused" which means the server is still technically available, but just offline - which means that it can be unsuspended, as long as the client communicates with us in good faith and within reason. We are quite reasonable folks to work with as long as you communicate and there is an action plan in place to resolve whatever abuse issue is at hand. In this particular case, we don't make the rules here when it comes to SPLA, all the client has to do is communicate with us, and we'd be willing to work with the client on unsuspension, as long as there is a plan being communicated and being put in place to bring the VPS to compliance.
That being said, @tinyinstaller feel free to DM me with your account information (a ticket ID, or email address on file) so that I can look up your account and see what we can do to help here. Thank You!
@TrK -- Hahaha, I am here and watching
You guys sure know how to party.

Good morning, I see Dustin was here, but only for short period of time
I guess, he is trying to catch up, in that case our activity is not helping...
So good to know that. Not all lowend providers do that.

Well most of'em do that anyway.
