    I need a refund,alouth it's been over 10 days, but since I've bought the VPS 11 days ago, but I can got nothing running on your server coz it's not a production service you've provided.
    It's just a wast of time and money.

    We don't guarantee performance or specific CPU's on our KVM Beta High Memory VPS, and we clearly state at checkout (and on the LET thread) that it is a beta product, not a production service. We can extend your service if you would like, but your VPS has been working for the entire 11 days and therefore we cannot refund you.

    We wanted to recreate your VPS on a (potentially) faster node out of courtesy, all we can do is extend your service for free and adjust the due date if you would like.

    I use one of their servers for an offsite system that I need to run, I have used the servers for months and had no issues although it is stated as "beta". I fail to see how you can ask for a refund when you agree to their terms during the order process, sounds like a smash and grab on a company because you changed your mind.

    Test IP addresses have been updated, except Istanbul.

    While Sao Paulo is tempting, its latency isn't as good as I hoped.
    Thus, the logical side of me says to request Mumbai, which would provide better performance boost for push-ups delivery network.
