    I ordered one and it works quite well, but unfortunately latency is very high for the rest of South America.

    We're working on getting the routing fixed with our upstream's, if possible, send us a traceroute and MTR over a ticket & we'll see what we can do.

    We'll probably change the marketing to state Medium Frequency instead of High. The CPU can turbo higher than that, it just doesn't show in the VM.

    The public traceroute service ping.sx has several South America locations, showing 100ms latency to your test IP.
    This was why I decided not to deploy in Sao Paulo.

    There's some major announcements/changes for AMS coming soon (i.e. no more tunneling, dropping pricing, increasing specifications for free, 10 Gbit on all nodes, unmetered fair share bandwidth, etc) :)

    the hardware performance is cool , but the latency is so weirdy , probably due to that tunneling thing in NL , every now and then latency jumps to 200-ish ms to Hetzner German server

    really looking forward for this to happen : )

The other provider likely has a template that either redoes the Windows activation on first creation or something similar, because Server 2022 is based on dates (so if the Server 2022 templates was made 6 months ago for example, it'll be expired). We install our templates directly from the ISO with minimal modifications.

    Windows is still a bit buggy and we've been working on ironing out the bugs, Linux works a lot better on our servers/infrastructure.

    I see. Well I will wait for the response on ticket then. Hopefully it will be resolved. My main purpose of getting this VPS was for windows due to the high RAM.

    I have also noticed something strange, that is, high CPU & RAM utilization. I think your templates are buggy.

    This was taken after I reinstalled the 2022 template, and I wasn't able to login but the server showed heavy usage.

    The RAM/CPU that is shown on the panel is likely not accurate for Windows.
