Compared with HETZNER, any dedicated server has no cost performance ratio and is very expensive.
No comparison, Hetzner doesn't have dedicated servers in the USA.
Correct, even if hetzner were to have US dedis, it would be much more expensive for the customers. In USA, specially EAST, things are expensive, server wise.
also asian traffic go through USA from EU so EU servers are useless in this regard. If you want one location to serve the world, that server would be in the USA.

If 1 provider could serve the world, the other thousands of providers wouldn't exist.
I'm surprised that you only provide 1 IPv6 for free.
