@Advin opened a ticket on the 9/12 about paid service still flag as unpaid (I sent a ticket with PayPal details transaction ID etc.), I sent you message here already on this thread, did a PM 2 days ago, still no answer, yet I am getting "final overdue invoice mail" again. Yeah, if your server is completely offline, I would highly recommend opening a critical tickets and we'll usually resolve the issue as soon as possible (along with leaving a ticket title such as "Server Offline" or something similar. This will help us sort your ticket and give you a response as quickly as possible, otherwise it may take some time as it gets mixed in with the rest of our ticket backlog.

VPS windows, inaccessible.... RDP doesn't work... connection with vnc from control panel "No Internet Connection" is highlighted, you can't log in because the password is not accepted... changing password from control panel the matter does not change .... in short, a day has already passed and I still can not use the vps purchased !!

If you're installing Server 2022, you need a password with a special character in it in order to meet the minimum requirements for Windows. Throw in a ticket.
Also:

no it's windows 2019 .... I also tried without special characters, no results. the connection problem exists.
he did not open further tickets but I expect that the days in which I do not use the paid vps will not be accounted for, which for now is not given the expiration date on the control panel !!!

Small update on this, someone actually requested a refund for their $6/yr server since they found the deployment times to be unacceptable. Might restock one or do another giveaway soon.

I have a pending $6 server in Tokyo.
I don't mind having another pending $6 server in Istanbul, which I don't yet have coverage on my map.
There were thousands of people who wanted the deal/promotion. When the promotion went up, our site crashed even with the captcha due to the amount of people wanting the deal. We monitored tens of thousands of requests to our site, and our graphs saw an insane spike when the promotion got released to the public
I'm sure you could've most likely sold the service as a server transfer to someone else for a bit of money, since I don't think many people would mind waiting for a promotion/offer like this.
We don't make any profit on these deals, and we're open about that. The IPv4 cost alone is $6/yr for us, and so we're basically losing money for the community on these very limited promotions.
Reason why it's delayed is because we have an existing backlog of tickets and such from the standard Black Friday deals, and so we're working on processing those first and then moving onto the $6/yr promotions as they take last priority.

So you literally baited people into the deals you could not support. While the reasons are pretty obvious to me, it gives nothing but frustration to your customers.
No, we can support the deals, it's just that we simply have a lot of demand and our response times can be slightly delayed. That's all.
It's not that we don't have the capacity to deploy the deals, it's just that we need to take the time in order to make sure that everything is set up properly for them as it is a new product/package with custom specifications. Right now, we are mostly focusing on tickets. Once the majority are cleared, we will move onto the Black Friday promotion VPS's as they take the least priority.
The $6/yr Black Friday deals will most likely be deployed either today or tomorrow.

I signed up for the UK VPS around Black Friday, I was informed that the IP had to be changed, now the IP is based in Virginia USA. What's the deal with that? I signed up for a UK VPS I already have US machines.
