25 november just like yesterday for low end provider here
Bought a VPS from them too to try out.
They don't have a way to configure PTR record at all yet, which is a major drawback, so it's sitting idle for us.
Though they said, they will have a way to set PTR by end of this month. Only time will tell.

I have problem with their vps too. Not sure if it is openvpn problem but I cannot port forward. using the Angristan Autoscript zzz. Domain forward is not working too.

We did look into your ticket and the status is 'In progress' it will take some time as the domain forwarding keeps breaking after fixing , I am looking into it .
Sorry we don't provide support or response time sla on NAT services but can only ensure the service is online. I understand if this might not work I recommend upgrading to a standard plan they include dedicated ipv4.

Do you have any valid coupon code?
You don't need domain forwarding.
For pubic website, listen on IPv6 and enable Cloudflare.
For private app, listen on one of your assigned ports.
