Web horizon question
Hello , I've got myself mail hosting from web horizon , I wanted to ask if anyone has experience.
At the moment , I'm experiencing new problems every day. Can't log in , server down , can't connect to mailboxes etc. If you have experience, it's always like this ? Or they have good days too ? Move to another provider ? If yes, can you advice cheap mail hosting ?( I don't need big storage )
Comments
just reset your password from client area, more information may given by authorities...
Lucy was migrated recently. Resolved now. Have a try.

I've also had problems logging in, little IDC are always unreliable and I've recently been thinking about switching to Zoho mail.
Yes , this solves my issue. How did you knew about the migration ? Didn't get any msg about that
I also came to know about migration from @jar 's comments in other thread. I guess resellers don't inform to clients or maybe Mxroute's direct customers are informed probably.
Apologies, the Lucy server has seen some shit recently, but it's over and solved. First problem was significant (6 hour outage), second problem caused by a mistake (requiring reset of DirectAdmin passwords), and third problem was part of the effort to prevent the first problem (roughly 25 of 1800 accounts required additional sync). It's done though, migration complete. Anything that isn't smooth sailing from here is probably worth a support ticket.
The thing about the migration was that it couldn't be scheduled, it was honestly better for most users to experience it as a brief hiccup in traffic, rather than spend a day or more obsessing over when it might happen. Too many variables for a server that large to give a migration window of anything less than "sometimes this week, probably." But now that the bandaid was ripped off, everything is better positioned to never have this conversation again. A future migration (for hardware upgrades) should be nearly impossible for customers to even notice now.
Any blame here belongs squarely on my shoulders.
I'm on their matrix server matrix.mxroute.com
