    Yes, I had a few companies before I retired some years ago. I would say they were relatively small but successful when I sold them off to larger companies.

    This may be a mistake rather than a humor. Because many people talked to you , so I just did it too. English bbs means extra effort to make to understand, you know, as a non-english speaker.

    No problem at all. English is not my first language as well so I make my own mistakes in this regard. As an example I sometimes don't always get humor or sarcasm in English which leads to some very "interesting" responses from me.

    Sarcasm is like Racknerd giveaways. Not everyone gets it

    So you say, RN giveaways are like UDP? :D

    You can send UDP to everyone.

    But not everyone will get it! :) Like these giveaways - they are held for everyone, but not everyone gets them! :D

    With UDP latency is also important! If you are too late to get the packet, you usually ignore it, otherwise e.g. video stream would look really interesting when you would jump between future and past :D

    Hmm, I never thought about it like that. I guess in a sense that's true, companies make products for consumers and the company profits while the consumer utilizes the product.

    In customer service it helps to have people who can see where problems might arise and stop them before they happen. You want employees who can do more than react to a situation.

    Customer service is like the weather. Everybody talks about it but nobody (well, almost nobody) does anything about it. And yet each one of us is an expert on customer service. At one point or another during the course of our day, we are all customers. We know good service when we see it, and we know bad service when we see it. You don't have to read a book to have it explained to you.
