    Billing dept got me sorted, I quite like the service so far! Only downside is that my server is locked to 1400mhz cpu speed, so I can't turbo at all. Network is great, disk is average. Overall I feel pretty satisfied, good deal!

    Update on this, support handled my issue extremely well, swapped out the whole machine and even cloned my data to a new disk. Wow! I've seen less hands on support from a few fully managed providers. They definitely earned a customer for life :)
