I have heard from others in the past that they've been terminated for adult-focused content that isn't strictly porn. I, of course, don't have any way to know if the details were fudged when passed on to me. But I doubt any were overt porn sites. That isn't to say that there wasn't a bit of "wink wink nudge nudge" going on with the sites that was omitted in relaying their experiences to me.
My rule of thumb is now that if it's the type of thing that would only be shown on late-night cable TV, it's too spicy for Servarica. So far I haven't had any problems with them.
I did grumble this weekend about having to order from another provider, as I would have preferred Servarica for various reasons. But the project is on the spiciness level of, say, an Adam & Eve commercial on late night TV. So, out of respect for Servarica's allowed content, I went elsewhere with that.
Servarica has been a pleasure to work with overall, for me, and I intend to keep it that way. So I'm not gonna try to rules jockey over such a simple request of "adult[...] content" being disallowed. There are enough decent providers who actively welcome such content.
I expect that @servarica_hani has guidelines they go by. But adult-ish content really feels like a case of "if you have to ask, don't" to me.
I'd be hesitant to even open an e-commerce site specializing in prints of historical pin-up art with them, even, as it feels (to me) in violation of the spirit of their explicitly-stated wishes. "It's not porn, it's just suggestive sexualized photos with historical relevance!" -.-

But I need to explain this policy a bit
We will never check internally your server or what you are hosting in it except for 3 cases
1- you explicitly ask us to check for any reason
2- we get abuse reports about your server
3- Extremely rare case : if we are forced to that legally
So unless you are offering porn to the public (you have public url with porn , you have public torrent with porn etc) there is almost no way for us to even know
looking for 2x cpu + 4Gb RAM + 20Gb nvme Min. + 1tb storage hybrid some time in future, that will be an exceptional deal

Looking at my billing history, it seems that I've with you guys for over a year now. The cpu performance has never been incredible on the storage boxes, but you can't beat the capacity, which is really all that anyone cares for regardless.
