    This is my first vps at slimhost!

    I have a few vps running and have tested many (also many Russian ones) but I have never experienced such shit.
    Since yesterday 5.00 p.m. I am waiting for the purchased vps. Support tickets are not answered, online chat does not work.
    My payment is complete which I can check in the blockchain. Response from VPSSLIM = nothing.
    This is the worst experience I have ever had with a VPS or dedicated server. That is dishonest!

    As said above we're working on the influx of tickets. All will be handled today. A little patient would be appreciated.

    Yes, I'm patient, but now I've been waiting for 2 days. Please check my paid VPS now, it's still stuck on "pending", that can't be right. Support or online chat is not responding. I understand that you have a lot of work because of BF, but waiting 2 days is just too long. So please - finally check it out!!!

    My experience with support from different providers is otherwise actually very positive. A good support team will reply in 10-30 minutes, Russian support teams can take 10 hours. (and I thought they were slow)

    We will refund you. It looks like you have high urgency and we cannot offer you this for 1 euro per month for the high specs you received. We are placing extra hardware and that takes time.
