It might work, but any hosts that have proper Windows licensing can't legally allow clients to bring their own Windows license nor run trials indefinitely, and your VPS would probably get suspended if they catch you (as the host doesn't want to be caught violating their licensing agreement with Microsoft). GreenCloud do have Windows VPSes if you need one.
