Apparently, any plan can be counted as a special discounted item and so it won't be eligible for extra year deal or a refund. this was disappointing for me...

Other plans on greenkvm does include "promo" in their names. This one doesnt.
Other plans include "No refunds" in description.

Is hiding things like "no refunds" in ToS is a tactic that GreenCloud wants to use?
I dont believe they are scummy company, rather just forgot to modify this plan details.
This customer should be refunded, because tactic of hiding such crucial things deep in ToS shouldnt be accepted here.
@NDTN I hope you'll reverse decision of your team. User shouldnt look into ToS to learn that theres no refunds. Its crucial thing.
I understand exclusion from "Double time" promo, but "no refunds" need to be mentioned on ordering page.
See - I never said anything about refounds ;')
That one should be granted, especially that links are in greencloudkvm domain rather than greenkvm and user probably don't know things like that exists, but special limited promos with clear landing page (and/or forum posts as buyer is here) it's a too much of gamble.

Yes, that would make sense if that link would somehow suggests it's GreenKVM package - it does not. If the link to buy would be greenkvm.com/blalalblabla/id=5158971789 then sure - it would be expected for you to check greenkvm TOS. This link is GreenCloudVPS.com/blalblbla/id=15891875781 and automagically generated hostname is GreenCloud.9158785785781587178.
But you dont even need to go to this site to get this plan whasover, so whats your point?
