    Maybe they wanna protect reputation of their prem network from spammers & abusers / protect themself? (and these countries have no competition in % of abusers i think, bitter reality - more damage, headaches and worries that profit on it, that it is not worth fight with it for them)

    Too many legal issues and, the abuse rate, it is the highest of any country, the amount of time it takes to deal with this far exceeds the benefits, I have made exceptions in the past to known people on these forums claiming to understand and that they are different which resulted in multiple copyright issues, torrenting, tor exits and 1 ch1ld c0rn issue.

    So simply, it was just no longer practical at this price point to allow orders from Brazil.
