It's clearly written there.
If we only provide services to Chinese, then we will need to guarantee that our IP addresses will work in China mainland, but we do not. As a global provider, we have customers from all around the world. The IP address of a VM is assigned randomly by our Control Panel (SolusVM), the IP addresses which are not working in China mainland are working fine in other regions, we can not just remove them as they are still working.
If you are thinking that charging a small fee ($3/one-time) is discrimination then you are wrong again. Let me explain the whole IP changing processes:
1. Add an additional IP, change it as the main IP, reconfigure network, reboot.
2. Test if the new IP is working in China mainland, if it works, remove the old IP, reconfigure the network, answer the ticket.
3. If it does not work, repeat step 1 and step 2.
It costs only $3 and you still think that we are intentionally making money from that?
Should we leave your IP changing ticket unanswered for a few months so the IP can get unblocked itself?
I have started thinking of raising the fee to something like $10-$15 that will help to reduce our workload.
Its not our fault that your country blocks IPs and whole subnets and you want to break the Chinese law by using VPN on it.
Go fight with CCP, they are blocking it. If you dont understand it then go back to hostloc MJJ.

@cgkings - Repost as you still don't seem to understand.
Customers ignorance is not a providers fault and it is certainly not fraud.
I am from Europe and buying a US electrical device unless stated that it supports our higher mains voltage can only result in one thing BANG.
Was it the suppliers fault because they sold it to me (your argument) or was it my fault (yes).
moarrrrr
So is a post in this thread counted once for the competition, or as a number of others are already doing, just spamming MOARRRRRRR for more chances of winning?
Nice China vs. the world discussion against the thread spamming for the giveaway

Budget KVM is a sale price, so no extra year(s). However, can get double resources depending on the region. That's right?
