We believe that our white label resellers are very profitable for our resellers while providing the most competitive pricing when it comes to cPanel reseller hosting. For the allocated resources and features provided, we find our deals to be unbeatable. We understand that every reseller is different, and unique regarding desired resources, value adds, and such.

Great question -- you can use it for storing assets. What we don't want our shared/reseller hosting services used for is as a file storage service (like a dropbox). We're happy to review each case, and discuss whether we'd be a good fit for it. Keep in mind, we haven't had any sour interactions as a result of this policy, it's there just to set expectations.
