It’s 20 due to the price hike from cpanel, but you get more space

Great question -- you can use it for storing assets. What we don't want our shared/reseller hosting services used for is as a file storage service (like a dropbox). We're happy to review each case, and discuss whether we'd be a good fit for it. Keep in mind, we haven't had any sour interactions as a result of this policy, it's there just to set expectations.
