The most generous I know of, and are good + DMCA ignored are terrahost followed by both BuyVM and hostslick with a bit less generous FUP then terrahost (but cheaper prices).
There are other either trashy, shady or less professional and/or more expensive hosts like alexhost, flokishit, any ukrainian, russian or swiss hosting, it is a gamble, but then you are hosting shady shit too, so perfect fit...
