cheap and high bandwidth are not friends. How much traffic do you actually need?
The most generous I know of, and are good + DMCA ignored are terrahost followed by both BuyVM and hostslick with a bit less generous FUP then terrahost (but cheaper prices).
There are other either trashy, shady or less professional and/or more expensive hosts like alexhost, flokishit, any ukrainian, russian or swiss hosting, it is a gamble, but then you are hosting shady shit too, so perfect fit...
Also, did you even use the search? there is literally a thread right below yours in the first page with exactly the same request

We offer DMCA ignored VPS/Servers. Also, we have special servers for streaming; their configs are optimized for streaming video & IPTV.
Variety of hardware configs and bandwidth packages. Only own hardware.
Novogara's mysteriously broken cryptocurrency processing system that's been a non-option since at least April or so (even though yes, they still have a bitcoin logo on their front page), makes one wonder what's taking them so long, since surely someone there can competently get a BTCPay instance going so the options aren't "CC, Paypal, and Perfect(ly inaccessible if you're not Russian) Money" six months later.

Do you want a host who doesn't take down your own content on spam dmca reports or a host for sharing pirated content?
for streaming pirate matches
