When providers dont make deals: Why is the provider not making us any deals?
When providers make some very limited deals: What's the point of deals limited to a few only? I cannot get one, we want MOAR!
When providers make more insane deals: Is the provider deadpooling? Why make so many insane deals?

It definitely is worrying, but after talking to a few providers so far, they are positive about joining our Black Friday sale this year, it is definitely bad for providers who rent from OVH / Hetzner etc and those in EU but afaik it isn't too bad for others, at least at this moment but we never know when recession would happen.
So is it safe to buy Green Cloud's machine at this time？
It is not about deals being insane, it's about timing of these deals. Energy is going up like crazy. Big providers raised prices. Some licenses are going up once more. We blame a single person for everything. And winter is coming.
You get the point. It's the context.
I highly appreciate GreenCloud for doing this. I see fun and raised morale within LET community now. There is still hope for a better future in datacenters. The world might not be all gloom and doom as European leaders want it to be, which is why this provider still manages to come up with great deals.

if you're taking business advice from hostloc, you're doing it wrong. They're a bunch of losers living in their parents' basements
No one can say for sure, the economic is very uncertain now and a worldwide recession is coming very soon imo.
That being said, if they have to increase their pricing/adjust their offerings after the Global Sh*t hits the Fan, I'm more than happy to support them given their efforts in providing both great value and a great product.

I am not afraid of a worldwide recession, because throughout history humanity always had corrupted leaders blinded by power. I am afraid of another worldwide depression, since this new batch of leaders with secret gatherings and secret groups behind closed doors want an economic reset after which they plan to remain on top. This depression is what scares the sh*t out of me, because we are 8 billion people on this big rock, and most of them are hard working people living day by day honestly.
