HM: ChicagoVPS. Yes, I know. But I've had a nameserver with them for a while with no issues.
i think these are very high value low box. :-)
OVH (Personal Server- Customer for years and new simi-ddos protection for free only had 2 major issues but fixed with in hours; heavy abuse on CPU and disk writes, website, teamspeak, mirror files for friends*, sa-mp gameserver (2), personal contents, ex-bnc, my personal porn hide-a-way, image content hosting*)
Ramnode (awsome speeds, SSD Drives, nice discounts + more discounts if paid 3/6/or 12 months, I have all their 3 locations, servers still new but hope to keep them)
UGVPS (I'm on node 1-Cali/USA. I hear massive issues but I never had issues on my cali node, I feel they can be a better company if they can handle the other node issues I hear about, and they were heavily ddosed so I can't put 100% blame on them-- for now they are my favorite hoster; BNC Uses)
1-colorhost.de great uptime (149 days and last time I rebooted it not them) and speed are very good
2-securedragon
3-httpzoom
Honorable: crowncloud & ramnode are very good but I still new with them than the the above
i vote for digitalocean and weloveservers
1.) Crissic
2.) Fliphost

HMs:
BlueVM: I like having a job.
Rootnerds: So stable I almost forgot I even had one!
@serverian: So tempting! SOOO TEMPTIG!!!
HM BlueVM, the 1 $/mo VPS works great, but I had it turned off again and had to manually turn it back on reminding me of the old problems i used to have there.
CatalystHost - Great, attentive support. Community participation across multiple forums. Dedication to their service & product. Rock-solid reliability. Maybe they could bring some of that over to the Best Coast..
BuyVM - The impending SSD upgrades. East coast DDoS protection. Move from SpaghettiCrossing to Choopa - and thusly within Metro NY. Stallion. Community participation across multiple forums.
24KHost - I realized the other day that my server with them stopped working. Turned out that I never got the invoice due August 27 (presumably Hotmail/Outlook being.. well, Hotmail/Outlook) and long story short they not only took my stupid ass back, but were able to recover my VPS with data intact.
