  • This promotion code is only valid for new customers?

  • speedypagespeedypage Member, Patron Provider

Thanks for the reviews guys! I can confirm that the AliPay payment method has now been re-enabled. Unfortunately any payments that tried to be processed in USD would have been declined by Stripe, but they have now resolved the issue and we are working on fixing WeChat Pay as we speak.

This should now work for existing customers as well.

Ideally we'd like to cover 10+ locations, covering every region. The only place we may skip on is Africa, but we'd like to cover US, EU, Oceanic & South America.

  • Will there be Hong Kong?

No guarantees as this is a long way off but likely Sao Paulo in Brazil.

Thanks for the feedback! We're working on updating any stragglers when it comes to IP databases, some providers just don't reply but we're working on it :)

Due to unprecedented demand, we had sold out of all of our stock in Singapore within 4 days. We have now deployed a new Ryzen 5950X hypervisor and all pending orders have been deployed.

  • @speedypage Please consider adding a location in India. There are undersea cables that terminate in Mumbai and Chennai, so it should give you good connectivity to UK, EU, AP (including singapore).

We'll add it to the list! Further expansion in APAC is likely a bit away, as we're hoping to open The Netherlands & Los Angeles before moving onto India & Sydney.

We are practically sold out again in Singapore and are looking at getting more hardware in ASAP.

  • Sadly, the route from Singapore nodes to China doesn't seem as good as it used to be

I believe you might be trying a route that was never good, our China Mobile routing has not changed and continues to route the same way as previously. I have tested this now to double check and we're currently seeing 0.0% packet loss.

Singapore always has friendly routing for China Mobile, maybe he means China Telecom hopping between JP and US. Speedypage overall has stable networking performance especially NewYork KVM. I wonder how its future Los'angles would perform. Any test IP of LA DC?

Unfortunately this would be a bit too cheap on this hardware, but we are exploring a very affordable option on EPYC hardware in the future.

I forgot to add, these nodes are now connected at 10G and we're possibly looking to increasing the port speed of customer VM's too.
