Existing servers can also have the change but it's not done automatically at this stage, this is because we have to restart servers for the network port size change to take place so we're looking at the best way to mass update these and then schedule rolling reboots for users to make use of it.
In the mean time, please just reach out via ticket and we will apply it for you @Liso

I'm afraid not, we did not do any deals in Singapore for BF/CM because we're sold out pretty much constantly even without it and were actively sold out during BF/CM. Sorry guys! LET10OFF will give you 10% off recurring.

I think it's common to count the bandwitdth in both directions. Speedypage isn't the only provider that does it. But 5TB bandwitdth for £4.5 a month in the Singapore location was what made their deals attractive.

Looks like monthly bandwidth is significantly reduced in the Singapore location. And a Tokyo location is coming.
Add to that the monthly bandwidth is calculated inbound+outbound
unlike others hosting which count outbound only
The vast majority of providers count traffic in both directions, certainly more than ones that don't. 1 direction typically only occurs if you have something like a 95th percentile allocation, where only the largest direction is counted, but this is uncommon on a VPS.

I am afraid you are correct. We lowered bandwidth caps on our Singaoure plans to ensure that we can continue to offer an economical solution. Our bandwidth blend is more than a single upstream. If we did do a single upstream, such as Cogent, this would allow us to offer drastically higher limits, but the complaint would be that the routing is not as good as it used to be. Unfortunately, you must pick 1 or the other in APAC. Good routing and cheap prices typically don't go together - although, our solution is still among the most affordable Ryzen 5000 series in the country.
Our top 10 bandwidth users, use more traffic than the rest of the entire customer base in Singapore combined. This change will not affect most of our platform and potential customers.
Tokyo will be launching within the next few days. We are looking forward to the release
@speedypage ,
I don't mind if you can raise price a bit and/or lower BW as long you provide better routing in Singapore location
You could also do 2 offers : normal routing or premium routing in SG offers

Are you a brand from Host Universal Pty itself or you just host there ??
I believe they're a customer of Host Universal for their services in Racks Central SG.
We are not a brand of HostUniversal, DP is correct in this instance - we use them for network upstream in Singapore.

Restocked again, get it while it lasts!
We are about to be out of stock again, we should have more stock in 2~ weeks
Wow, out of stock on Singapore again...
After big demand, we're back in stock in Singapore
All servers now feature a 5Gbit network port over our usual 1G in Singapore and the UK. Ashburn to follow soon!
Seems still 1Gbit... (Singapore)

Seems right. Cheers~
That's an insane upload speed.
Only for new orders ? I think mine still have 1G speed.
No offense, but your company name is similar to my ISP name. They give me a lot of trouble.
I hope you guys have different impression.
Edit: I'm a idiot for mixing two threads 😂

Any more discount ? I’m missed BF/CM
@speedypage Me too.
Thanks, created one → #435189
Thanks, my server port has just been upgraded.

Thanks! Maybe next time
Singapore is now back in stock, probably not for long as it's already nearly sold out. 5Gbit is now standard on all VM's.
Happy hunting!
Added some more stock to Singapore.
Added some more stock to Singapore and all pre-orders have been fulfilled.
