Create ticket to support, tell them exactly what is too slow and let them take a look.
You can start with running benchmark tests. There's plenty of scripts around or just use yabs and show results to your provider in a ticket.

Maybe because of RAID Configuration on the provider's side??
Solution: cancel and buy from another provider.
From the last result, the problem is from the provider side, contact their support.

Fio binary download failed. Running dd test as fallback....iperf3 binary download failed. Skipping iperf network tests...Try installing
fioandiperf3manually yourself.I redid the tests, but the network test did not work.
I used another script.
