I am looking for an EU VPS

Hello everyone. This is my first LET post.
I am recently looking for VPS in EU(The closer VPS are to the NL, the better).

Below are the details of my budget and target VPS.

Min vCore : 1
Min RAM : 2GB
Min Free Outbound Traffic : 1TB
OS : Windows 10 or Ubuntu 20.04 LTS Desktop(Not server)
Purpose : VNC Connection and use Chrome
Budget : ~15$/m
Edit) Other : I hope to be able to access various sites to be my VPS. I don't like being censored.

If there is a provider that is right for me, please recommend it. Thanks for reading my first post.

    You sure it's /month? For that much of money and those specs you can pickup anything, from anyone, wherever you like.

    Yes. It's definitely the month. I don't know much about the price of EU VPS, so I purposely set the price high.

    With that much budget, you can probably get 3x of your minimum specs.

    EDIT: Found one Windows KVM in Germany https://clients.cloud-v.net/?/cart/6-germany/&id=22. 16gbp monthly with 4core 8 gb ram 240gb nvme ssd.

    For strictly Netherlands you could take a look at @Hybula or @mxmla posts (or wait for them to appear and maybe they have some promo ;)).
    There is also @naranjatech but some people claimed some network problems.

    If you just want Europe then @AlexBarakov aka AlphaVPS is prem too.

    With 1 CPU and 2GB you can’t watch videos (example: youtube 1080p 60fps) or even do speedtest (in web). Since you have a good budget, get a better one.

    Hey, are they still 1Gbps?
    My friend got one and he can reach as high as ~8.50Gbps. He got crazy node or is it 1Gbps guaranteed & 10bps burst now?

    I know I can get 10Gbps in Avoro offers, maybe he got into Avoro node by mistake?

    I have a special plan in France that just had one come available. Would be a good option if you want RDP use for Windows since it's high RAM and NVMe.
