DALZ007 too,
Dallas seems to be back online again. Nodes were not down, just lost network for ~ 2hrs 20 min.
Just confirming Frankfurt FFME006

Error - Operation Timed Out After 90001 Milliseconds With 0 Bytes Received
whats happening is a joke. i wont renew my services with them.... u can't treat customers like @VirMach do.... it's just outrageous...
Has anyone migrated from Frankfurt to Tokyo using ryzen migrate button?
My all chicago servers are all locked now
I expect they are being migrated to Ryzen, with your data. They should be available again in less than 48 hours. Most likely much less.
Mine too, almost down for 24hrs. Hope they be up soon.
seems like I am the only one having the issue on RYZE.SJCZ004 (as one of the announcement posted on 06/19/2022 19:41 mentioned this server issue had been resolved....)
I got "Operation Timed Out After 90000 Milliseconds With 0 Bytes Received" in Client Area
I got "An error occurred processing your request. The host is currently unavailable. Please try again later" in VPS Control.... Tried reboot/shutdown/boot/power off, all the same...
@VirMach, can you provide any target resolve date on this issue? Or can you keep posting any update/finding/task you guys done/found/face? The announcement in your website is weeks ago, just dont keep us in the dark, we are your customer...
From July 27...
It's not considered an urgent matter, so after all other urgent matters are completed. Come back here and if someone mentions something that sounds more urgent than moving locations, add a day to the estimate.
10G capable, not necessarily 10G. We only recently added it so it's possible others aren't labeled X that are 10G capable as well. The recent ones were labeled as such because they're also in a chassis with better cooling and a few other things.
Dallas is not having a good day/week and I can't do anything about it but sigh. Last update I got on that location was that on Tuesday the DC hands would have a look at a simple request but someone who is an expert would instead take a look on Wednesday, and it's Thursday.
We had a lot of callback issues which we fixed, it might do things and then not communicate it well to WHMCS so it's always best to use Solus directly as a first step.
Your ticket's probably never going to be answered because we already track your situation externally. You're part of the small clusters on some nodes where it ran into data issues and has to be manually tracked back and resynced. Our philosophy is still that we agree with you that you're in an edge case that's definitely terrible, but these have to be done as efficiently as possible. We do them in rounds. Yours is basically worse than the others we already fixed, to the point where you're probably part of the last 0.3% with data that are facing the problem which is still like a hundred people out of tens of thousands.
You should've really got at least one email, we really tried to send out a good amount of communication, at least a general one, but you probably didn't get a specific timeslot.
I've almost sent out an email for this a dozen times but I realized, what do we say? Sorry, the datacenter is incapable of pressing a button for nearly 2 weeks now, we'll email you daily every time they say they'll do it next, and all the dates will pass and it still won't be fixed.
It's basically been a gradient of me thinking they'd do it within the next 30 minutes every 30 minutes.
I am wondering how many people did not read this. I was just curious.
this error while accessing control panel, is it due to cloudflare ? Tried accessing from different IPs but still same.
In layman terms: Involucrated.
It feels like I've seen somewhere an explanation that something happened when your vps was created. I may be wrong.
It used to work for a while though
And in provider terms “migration” ?
Here's a similar incident:

Most likely that or Ryzen migrate button was maybe used and that fact was left out but just a guess, a guess based on the last dozen of these burned into my brain where they provide no surrounding details.
Get me out get me out1!!!

My denver VPC on DENZ002
is being shutdown almost each day, stay offline, i had to login and power it up, looks like something is shutting it down, CPU load on my VPS is 10% or 20% per of one core, so that should be fine
Paid my $3 to move one out yesterday, getting ready to move another today. Not sure where to move the third one, but I am not going to be hanging around if VirMach himself says to get out.
guys open some room from frankfurt move out, let your vps see abroad, some us cities
Can't access to server control panel over month now. They don't respond to the ticket anymore. Do they really want to continue the business or what they are trying to do? This is very disappointing.
Oh wow, $3 got me 3,584,000 TB (3.5 EB) monthly transfer after the move from Dallas.
Hey, I've got a machine in Dallas ... I guess I'm movin' out!
paying $3 now!!!!!!
