I lost in the words, but is Chicago location still coming? I originally had a server set to migrate to Chicago but it ended up in NYC. Not that it really matters in my use case (idling), but I still prefer it closer to me physically.
Next BlackFriday should be all operational

"The node is currently locked"
what does that mean? sorry if i missed any major announcement.
Node SJCZ004 has been down for several months, when will it be fixed? If it cannot be repaired, can it be relocated to other areas for free?

Just want to comment as my location is Buffalo, NY . Dont see that location mentioned on the status page but the issue is same as everyone else . The node is currently locked.
SJCZ004 was up until yesterday, and has been heallthy for a while.
I've closed this ticket and created a refund ticket, incidentally sending a spam like you said. .
Chill the fuck out, dude.
@VirMach
There is no "LAXA30" in your state but its nodes are locking?
I was having trouble with my VPS and just found this thread. My virmach node was the most stable one for years, but now it's down for several days with no response from support
I can't even check in which nod it is located because my status page times out (Operation Timed Out After 90000 Milliseconds With 0 Bytes Received). I sent a ticket (#316490) to tech support because it said i'd be charged if i sent it as an outage. But then i have no answer. What should i do to have it answered? Any news about when it will be back?
edit just found out it's on node NYCB046. This one is not listed as out in network status. Should i report outage? How does it work?
my node updated to NYCB040 but i failed to power on my VPS.
guess i need to wait. at least is showing signs of progress (work being done)
Hey, I requested a migration & paid it on May 28, but it has not been completed yet.
Ticket #743888, Invoice #1440696 @VirMach
I see one of my servers was migrated from
NY10GKVM37toNYCB035and everything seems to be working. All I had to do was to click "Power on" button - and probably because I was too fast after node unlock - I had two IPs (old/new) in panel, now the old one is gone like it should be :-)What discounts are you all having now?
Wait for some time, could take some minutes.
After that your server should come online and should be accessable through ssh.
Atleast for me it was working this way.
@VirMach NYCB040 is not booting.
How did you get access to the host node?
?

Logged in to my VirMach account, picked the VM.
So your VM won't boot you mean?
I've been down for over 2 weeks now with no reply from support, my node, DALZ004, has never been mentioned in the bulletins. Around the 10 day mark for my original ticket I created a second ticket, differently. Support closed the ticket as a duplicate (fine) but I still have no response
Losing my mind a little bit, since I never received any advanced notice either. I merely got the generic "migrations will be happening at some completely undefined point in the future, expect a 72 hour notice (which never came)" email. I would have at least prepared, but as it stands, my last backup is unacceptably old (admittedly, that is my fault).
If Virmach could stand up my VPS for a couple of hours I could back up my data and do a data-less migration, if that would help them help me...
Data will migrate, rDNS won't follow, port 25 will be open after migration, we haven't implemented any blocks at this time.
Old servers are dropping like flies and every time they get touched all data is lost due to human error and they don't care but luckily this is just a panel issue. > @passwa said:
You definitely don't qualify for a refund but at this point I'd probably be willing to refund the overage you paid even though it's valid, since you could have technically just not paid it, as I don't want you to feel like I "tricked" you in any way to pay it, I think I was clear that it still didn't guarantee an unsuspension but we'd then look into it.
NYC network configuration got very screwed up for some of them and we're at the mercy of DC hands to fix it. I wanted to update network issue but it's all over the place right now and difficult to track and update each one individually with everything going on.
Guess you're the only one confused about my post.

06/26/2022 Create a refund ticket that hasn't been processed yet???
How long will it take for virmach to process the refund???
I'm in the same situation as you and still haven't recovered.
