Is there a Windows tool that will transfer all the emails in an account from one server to another? Preferably [FOSS]
[Please provide direct link to download page]

Some interface like:

server: imap.sourcedomain.com
username: [email protected]
password: *******************

Destination
server: imap.destinationdomain.com

Windows? Tafak. There is La Miral, de facto standard for easy and fast multi gygabyte mail account transfers.

If possible could you link directly to project page to avoid confusion?

    Thanks

You can use mozilla thunderbird's plugin importexporttools ng, you can export and move all the emails to another inbox. pretty quick and simple to set up, that's how i saved my emails and moved my mail to another provider and then straight forward imported them, it saves including the attachments. you need to have both emails set up in mozilla thunderbird to move with that plugin.

  • I should add that this is an online service to migrate email between google workspace accounts.

It didn't work at first which is why I created this thread. I had to select gmail as the type of migration which fixed the problem.

    Outlook Express.
Not FOSS, but it comes for free in Windows XP.

    Setup both accounts.
    Drag and drop the emails.

If the accounts are IMAP accounts, I don't see why you would necessarily need a Windows tool

Anyway, there's also OVH Mail Migrator: https://omm.ovh.net/

It was up just before I posted my comment (I had checked), but they may be doing some maintenance at the moment ...

It's probably due to LET folks wanting to use that service.

This thing is magical, I successfully transfer 10k email from one cpanel to another just by using this tools, their docs is pretty much all you need to start rocking.
