Just to double check since I did not list the Debian/Ubuntu version before, duh.

Well I expect that rules out the RAM issue. Are you doing something that may run afoul of the VirMach abuse script. Like high CPU or lots of network conntrack sessions?

I normally limit conntrack sessions by putting net.netfilter.nf_conntrack_max=40000 in /etc/sysctl.conf and then doing sysctl -p

What O/S are you using so that I can make these statements O/S specific?

Ok, then I stop asking questions. I hope VirMach gets you fixed up.

@ZA_capetown - I'm just hoping that the Ryzen migrate button comes back for a little while when Miami and Frankfurt are activated. Hint, hint VirMach.

I've been staring way too much at my Excel sheet, trying to plan and figure out how I want my final distribution.

Latency wise the best locations for me in order are: Amsterdam, Frankfurt, NYC.
So I'd like to have enough, and my best ones in those locations.

But, I'd also love to have at least 1 in each of the 13 final locations.

So far, for now, I only have 6x migrations to Ryzens, and then I paused.
To still try to figure it out before I do the rest.
    Then the button disappeared. 😝

Not sure, whether it would really make sense for me to (want to) have literally every location, or whether I should rather take only 1x West Coast and 1x Mid US location, so that I have more to spare for my closer top lower latency locations!

I have been staring at my excel sheet a lot lately as well.
Twelve down and six still to go.

For US locations Denver and Dallas have been the best for me so far. NYC is good too. Still hoping San Jose gets resolved, as it was my best west coast location previously.

Will all E5 nodes eventually be migrated to Ryzen nodes? After everyone has migrated, my E5 node is much faster. :-D

Most likely everything will be migrated in long term as VirMach wanted to drop those E5 or at least the provider :P

You two have too many machines.
Learn from me and use single-digit hostnames, so that you can't have more than ten paid machines across all providers.
You'll save a lot of money this way.

    Man's not wrong.

I did that for a while. Then I hated writing node1 when I had node11.

    So then I went 01.

Because you won't go beyond 100 right?

    Ha.

I use hostnames that allow for 56 different server names. I currently have a total of 42 VPS in 26 different locations from 12 different providers, 8 are 256 MB NAT VPS, the other 34 VPS have 38 IPv4, 67 cores, 92.93 GB RAM, 2.96 TB Disk, 129 TB transfer.
Total price $33/month. Do you think that I spend too much?

For perspective, before I found LET I was running six small dedicated servers three in Dallas and three in Los Angeles for $534/month.

    This is just sad.

You closed a priority ticket without even fixing the issue.

My Domain is about to expire and your support sucks for other services

I don't expect good support for VPS because its dirt cheap but I do expect a decent support for other premium services for which I paid full amount according to market ( actually more than what GoDaddy and name cheap charges.)

Why are you TREATING all customer products equally?

So what if your migration are going on? This doesn't mean that other customers who use other products should suffer?

What is really the purpose of priority ticket if you don't reply within 24 hours and simple close it.

    This is just absurd.

The domain is about to expire in few days and i guess i have to transfer it in few days and pay double this Year I guess.

    This is just frustrating.

This shows that one should only purchase dirt cheap VPS and nothing premium even with priority supports, because lets face it you are not going to reply in a premium support manner.

Uhh did you just realize that?
Unless you spend seriously amount of money (I mean, Mark monitor type of serious amount), then you should treat domain, website hosting, DNS, email separately.

Not directing to you but one should not expect that because the provider offers cheap A, then the product B they sold is also decent or cheap... (Not that it 100% won't happen, but I think you are aware how that probability works now).

Like Cloudflare, you can register domain at a discount rate but the domain would need to use Cloudflare NS. Or GoDaddy, which is horrible at everything and sell almost everything with large markup...

On a side note, the majority of providers that sell domain through WHMCS are resellers using whichever module you can search online. Those modules are super easy to setup and begin selling, but when it have issues it would be hell...
