How are either ‘crap for business’?
I used the default onedrive app and rclone but got really poor speeds. Won't even exceed 3-4MB/s but with Google drive I was maxing my connection speed.

Depends on your plan. Uploads can be as big as 150GB on the Enterprise plan, although I appreciate that LET posters are not typically the enterprise crowd (although I know at least a few of us are).

Having re-read the post, I now think what he was saying was ‘everything except Google and MS are crap for business’ in slightly broken English (everything except this both = everything except Google & MS). I don’t agree with that hot take either, but at least it’s not as mental as what I initially thought he’d said.
