Have a grain of rice at every IP.
    You'll never be hungry again.

    your question is not clear.

what was the main reason you installed those instances and set ip's for in first place? you will have your answer if you can tell why.

If you want every service to strictly use one IP, you'll need to configure your application to bind to this IP address only

If not, just bind to [::] and configure DNS correspondingly

    but you need to either:
    1. buy the rice, or
    2. get labor and land, grow rice, harvest rice

both of which end up a lot costlier than buying Apple Inc. (okay maybe not but like yes)

ok so i need to host a DNS server now, eh let those Eighteen quintillion, four hundred and forty-six quadrillion, seven hundred and forty four trillion, seventy three billion, seven hundred and nine million, five hundred and fifty one thousand, six hundred and sixteen rot to death

I was actually thinking of making an experimental encrypted tunnel thing which used pseudo-random IPs and port numbers within a big IPv6 assignment as part of the encryption key for that packet. And then I wondered whether it'd actually serve any real purpose or just look like a DDoS attack and decided not to bother.

(Also after I discovered wireguard, I realised it already worked better than most of the ideas I was thinking about!)

Having some open-source VPN which uses a random IPv6 address on every 30 seconds would quite interesting for privacy, considering how every government and corporation wants to monitor people nowadays.

It is to transform, just like all matter is transformed. But the problem still remains: it's meaning?

I think that the meaning is to keep preserving life as is. Yes, it might be unfortunate for the living person and/or his family, but it is what it is. Transformation of matter. It is yet to be discovered where our consciousness goes after that. Is there an afterlife? Is there anything that is beyond life? Perhaps, something meaningful than life itself?
