    The scripts have to be tuned. We want to allow people to burst so we set them really high and we'll tune it down to lower levels as we figure out what ends up being more acceptable for these NVMe drives versus SATA.

    So this guy was causing the node to overload but it was technically allowed by the anti-abuse script since he would cool off every hour and then burst. So that means we need to add in some other constraints.

    We were goin to use machine learning at some point but never got to it and we had that idea like 3 years ago.

    That actually makes sense. That's definitely their cover-up. Of course it's still speculation but they were acting very strange.

    It would make sense that they forgot to ever provision it, and once we sent in servers they panicked, knew they'd have to refund 14 months, and instead pretended like it was available up until that point and they randomly instead decided to cancel it even though we paid through May 9th. That's actually brilliant.

    Holy crap this actually definitely happened (still speculation) because they originally said we had a cabinet, then our stuff arrived, they got confused, some hands guy said they can't locate a cabinet and then Jimmy showed up after the fact and said that it was cancelled because of insert weird bs reason.

    I think this might be one of the worst expereinces I've ever seen someone have with Psychz, thank you for being vocal about it. Hope this persuades more people to avoid their low quality services.

    Yeah, xTom has been amazing, at least relative to everyone else. Worth the price IMO.

    I think the problem is that one of the "big" guys there is super busy and the other seems to just come in and destroy everything. If I could explain the dynamic it's like one of them actually runs everything, maybe he's a VP or something, and the other one just sounds like he inherited his dad's business that he wants to run into the ground.

    Does this mean that Amsterdam doesn't have to move to Frankfurt anymore? How long does it take to run normally

    I'd love to give the benefit of the doubt here but it's Psychz. If it were almost anyone else, sure, as long as they provided free service as a consolation. Pretty sure Psychz just did it through sheer incompetence though. Their company feels like a bunch of chickens running around with their heads cut off.

    On the billing panel, under "Your Active Products/Services", the links to view your servers have an id parameter that seems to match up to the service IDs VirMach is referring to.
