Bill #1414076 For the remaining 17% what I can also offer is activations on San Jose instead, use ticket title "Switch Tokyo to San Jose" and if you do this you can reply back to the same ticket after a month and have a delayed free migration to Tokyo plus 1 month additional term as an apology. Just if you do this make sure you close all your other tickets. You should make this in the priority department.

This isn't getting unsuspended unless you want to pay for the bandwidth overage, which I assume you don't. Your password was insanely insecure and it caused it to be hacked, and the hacker used peak network port speed for hours (due to bandwidth monitoring being incorrect ....
And as I was writing that it looks like you used the bug in the re-creation script to re-create your suspended service, so we're taking away the script from everyone for now until we patch it and on that note I'm not waiving the bandwidth overage fee.

This did recreate, it just didn't link the new one to your service. Going to manually fix this after some more debugging.
