Ask them. May be a mistake. It happends when you run thousands of servers.
-Or, maybe they mean the Soft RAID is enterprise class?
Hello Bissag,
Thank you for contacting the super unofficial support channel.
You have uncovered our fraud and we will grant you 2 mangos, and 1 wish (so long as its reasonably acceptable, fire extinguishers are out of question).
Best wishes,
Thank you Linus
Im just a colonel. Ass the rear admiral for better
It was just an accident bro
At least they didn’t give you an Intel P3520 (almost all the SYS NVMes use this), might as well be a sata ssd
How much endurance do you need? Just run RAID 1 and get the disks replaced as they fail. OVH has misrepresented hardware/network specs for years, if you're not cool with what they give you, just point it out and you may be eligible for a refund.
Reason for lawsuit: NVMe is not enterprisey enough

Sue.
There looks to be 2 variants, the "CL" SN720 (Datacenter) and the "PC" SN720 (Consumer). If you have the CL model then it is a datacenter drive.

Openly Vengeful Home-hardware lives up to its name: the hardware is home-grade, not for enterprise.
So, Betteridge's law applies.

OVH: we're just checking if our customers are tech-savvy enough to notice that. Our service is unmanaged, so tech blind idiots need not sign up.
