I saw the migrate button but thinking better wait everything calm down first before I clicking on it...
I'm sure there have been many explanations for such a phenomenon in this thread, but did you miss it?

Please help me fix the VPS that the migration failed, thank you!
Product ID 618424
Amsterdam has arrived with our customs contact, it's been forwarded to the DC and will arrive by tomorrow.
I would like to say that it was also pre-sale in March. Why did I not see any improvement? From the reservation on March 12 to April 2, the startup has never been so normal. I am at 40 nodes after the same startup, at least most of the other users users are getting better
It took me way way way way too long to realize that's a joke my brain just went into an error loop
Hello sir, I keep pressing it and it only says "Quote"
There are three possibilities.
There are several causes, one of which is that many users keep running benchmarks forever...
I want to know if VPS will migrate after the special getting Japanese ip?
@VirMach
While you're busy fixing the migrate customer button don't forget that there are still 17% of presales left in Tokyo that are inactive
Yes @VirMach don't forget!!11111!11!11
"How to say that I want my server and you should hurry up, but don't say it explicitly so I won't be penalized by crazy VirMach boss"
I'm not fixing the button, I just deleted it so people would stop making tickets about it for now. Good thing you reminded me about the 17% though otherwise I would have permanently forgotten.
I'm going to be away from the computer for some time, trying to send off some more servers today. I'll keep you guys updated afterward.
Anyone has network request captured? Can I still craft some POSTs and do it manually because only button is deleted, not the endpoint? ^.-
That is to say the last batch (a portion of the remaining 17%) is yet to be shipped and will be shipped together with storage nodes?
Dang. Now I wish mine wasn't activated so early.
Btw, do you have some live data?
You are missing option #4:
- He hit the migrate button
Shouldn't you hit the "thank" button then? A lot of times ofcouse, in case it didn't work the first time.
I need to get the right box and padding for this, going to try ordering it today. Confirmed not sending it via freight so it has to be sturdy. Some nodes goes out today non-storage if our printer decides to work.
(edit) Uh oh now someone's going to come up with a conspiracy theory about how this is my new excuse.
Everything and anything you say is a conspiracy theory @VirMach
Customer, expect long waits. Opened a ticket with their billing department on 19 of March, still no reply.
im also in the 17%, but oh well..i could wait. but @VirMach , does the adjustment for next due date still applies on this when the activation comes?
We'll run another mass update for those since it's taking longer than expected.
good to know that. tnx!
anyone got their ryzen special 2560, how's the performance so far?
Over the last 45 days, we've received around 5,000 additional tickets than we normally would. So again that's all tickets we usually get, plus 5,000 or a little over 100 additional tickets per day.
We've still answered thousands and thousands of tickets, but of course some have been left behind.
We were able to keep up with all the usual volume plus about 80% of the additional volume but that last 20% accounts for 1,000 or so tickets in backlog. This does not mean all tickets have been waiting since March 19th though, we couldn't continue answering them in the order they were created all the time and had to skip a lot of them if they did not seem critical initially, and then we would try to go back and catch up while not falling behind any further. We also did a lot of queues of hundreds of similar tickets at once to save time.
Disk IO and network (Download) on TYOC039 seems to be slowing. Maybe since about 8 hours ago?
That said, uptime has reached 4.5 days and WireGuard and my little script are working fine, so no problem. It would be stable once someone reboots it or finishes the initial setup and benchmarks.
Tokyo two additional servers arriving on Tuesday. It looks like even though we had this picked up before the 3:30PM cutoff time, they delayed it from Monday to Tuesday. These should be set up on Wednesday as a result. I'm also still monitoring activity levels on existing Tokyo nodes to see if there's an opportunity to resume some stagger creations.
Strong request for tracking number #1396960 to be transferred out of TYOC040
