    I would like to say that it was also pre-sale in March. Why did I not see any improvement? From the reservation on March 12 to April 2, the startup has never been so normal. I am at 40 nodes after the same startup, at least most of the other users users are getting better

    There are several causes, one of which is that many users keep running benchmarks forever...

    what I can also offer is activations on San Jose instead, use ticket title "Switch Tokyo to San Jose" and if you do this you can reply back to the same ticket after a month and have a delayed free migration to Tokyo plus 1 month additional term as an apology

    Over the last 45 days, we've received around 5,000 additional tickets than we normally would. So again that's all tickets we usually get, plus 5,000 or a little over 100 additional tickets per day.

    We've still answered thousands and thousands of tickets, but of course some have been left behind.

    We were able to keep up with all the usual volume plus about 80% of the additional volume but that last 20% accounts for 1,000 or so tickets in backlog. This does not mean all tickets have been waiting since March 19th though, we couldn't continue answering them in the order they were created all the time and had to skip a lot of them if they did not seem critical initially, and then we would try to go back and catch up while not falling behind any further. We also did a lot of queues of hundreds of similar tickets at once to save time.

  • Disk IO and network (Download) on TYOC039 seems to be slowing. Maybe since about 8 hours ago?
    That said, uptime has reached 4.5 days and WireGuard and my little script are working fine, so no problem. It would be stable once someone reboots it or finishes the initial setup and benchmarks.

    Tokyo two additional servers arriving on Tuesday. It looks like even though we had this picked up before the 3:30PM cutoff time, they delayed it from Monday to Tuesday. These should be set up on Wednesday as a result. I'm also still monitoring activity levels on existing Tokyo nodes to see if there's an opportunity to resume some stagger creations.
