iirc installing a template first will enable CPU flags. Never had any issue asking support to enable those flags too.

I’ve heard that’s the case. However, I have contacted support to manually enable AES and it always worked. I do believe it will take some time for support to catch up though

so far the successful OS on node TYO-C040 are AlmaLinux 8.3 and debian 10, now I'm trying to install ubuntu 20.04 using netboot.xyz

@VirMach I had order the wrong VPS, I want to refund this first and then I can order a new VPS at Chicago. In the Terms of Service about Refunds I have take a screenshot at Attachments: We usually provide refunds within 7 days of your first purchase for your first service. There’s a limit of one refund per customer. Could I refund this VPS? Can you help me solve it?

It looks like everyone's pre-order that still stuck in "pending" status have their expiration date changed. All of mine are changed to that same date.

my vps is active yesterday, but some os templates are still broken, I can only install almalinux & debian, so it seems the activation of the new server is pending, until the problem is resolved.

Are you considering a reasonable allocation of these people?

TYOC040 isn't the node I activated people early on who were impatient. All of these nodes are reasonably filled right now, it's just abnormal due to everyone being activated within a short period of time. It will normalize.
