    @VirMach Are there some VMes repessing the CPU (kernel problem or so) on 039 node?

    Yes, around 3 o 4 of them, I'm handling a lot of things at once and still getting to this in the next hour most likely.

    All tickets with title "refund" or anything including that word have been gone through, outside of normal refund requests (I skipped the normal ones because those are not for special packages and need SolusVM functional to process.)

    All these refunds requested for specials have been processed, or replied. If you're still waiting on a refund and already put in a ticket, let me know your ticket ID here.

    Also side note, I saw a few of these tickets mentioning "refund" and then saying to NOT refund, and that they can wait. I'd recommend you don't do this because if I open it up in a queue with titles matching "refund" you might end up getting a refund. The best way to indicate you are patient and want to continue waiting and do not want a refund is to do nothing.

    @VirMach i want to refund,please help me
    Ticket #958971

    You don't need to provide ticket ID if you make a new refund request after that post, you have to just wait until next batch of refunds.

    @VirMach Why does the machine have to wait and the refund have to wait too?

    Tokyo node is a shitty network!

    Which server, so I can take a look and make improvements? I'm repeating myself now but when everyone is activated and testing at once it will be temporarily overloaded. We're also waiting on datacenter to switch to 40Gbps uplink, it's scheduled very soon.

    We can also temporarily move you to San Jose if you wish, until it cools off.

    Node Name TYOC039
    https://ping.pe/176.119.148.52
    You can go in and see for yourself
    https://ping.pe/176.119.148.1 The network for this ip is normal

    Just wondering if problematic customer price increase applies to invoice ID spammers here?

    Too many MJJs' cut-in-line requests here.

    We're OK now. We still have the MJJ node, I'll see how we can utilize it later. Price increase will not happen for this offer, we didn't lay that out upfront like the other offer. Although I've been adding people to problematic customer group, I have something else planned for that. I've been adding people to it for some time now.

    It's always funny, how a lot of spammy tickets tend to be from the same people once they're labeled. For the excessively bad ones there's usually also a note.

    You can completely prohibit Chinese users from buying your services. There is no need to treat them differently. This is too bad

    Has nothing to do with race, nationality, or region.

    These were just 40~ people activated earlier as a joke because they were spamming tickets and order IDs trying to get ahead in line. I thought it would be interesting to put them on a node together where they are neighbors. It's not limited in any way, the only difference was that they would be on a node together with all others that were impatient.

    Edit -- And just so we're clear, not all of these people were from China. I remember activating people in Indonesia, Thailand, and other regions.

    Oh no.Normal users are also assigned to 40, which is terrible for us.
    Are you considering a reasonable allocation of these people?

    TYOC040 isn't the node I activated people early on who were impatient. All of these nodes are reasonably filled right now, it's just abnormal due to everyone being activated within a short period of time. It will normalize.

    Noticed my small one got activated, a few findings regarding OS templates in case you are interested:

    1. CentOS 7/AlmaLinux 8 is working;
    2. Debian 10/11 installs nothing but changes the root password of the previous OS;
    3. Ubuntu 20.04 stuck at Booting from Hard Disk

    The threshold for the tolerance of packet loss of Google BBR TCP congestion control algorithm is approximately 20%.

    Yet the MJJ's test image indicates that the network is literally unusable.

    I ordered the Tokyo storage offer, now I have doubt about the network stability and availability compare to GreencloudVPS.

    Summon the almighty @VirMach , could you kindly clarify this issue?
